Złota Woda Brewing Manufactory
Beer brewed
on site.
Our own brewery is one of the strongest features of Złota Woda. The beer is made here, next to the restaurant and fishery, to be served with fresh trout and our house-baked bread.
The offer includes summer and pale beers, wheat beer and honey beer. Individual varieties may change depending on the current brew and season.

House-baked bread
Bread from a
wood-fired oven.
Our bread is baked on site in a traditional wood-fired oven. It is a separate part of the Złota Woda character — simple artisan bread served with fish and equally good on its own.
We bake, among others, bread with nigella seeds, sunflower seeds and a plain version without additions. Other varieties also appear depending on the current bake.

Mostly at weekends.
Our sweets are made locally in small batches and with an artisan approach. The widest choice usually appears at weekends, so the selection can change from week to week.
You may find sweet yeast buns and fruit pastries, doughnuts, meringue desserts and other seasonal sweets.
